The hotel had an amazing location, within walking distance to everything. The staff, including the front desk, bartenders, and servers were extremely friendly and hardworking. The food was delicious, and we were even granted a room upgrade after requesting a change. I would like to give a special mention to a lovely lady named Victoria, who was always friendly and helpful. The All inclusive option offered a great selection of high-quality meals, which was important for our family with a young child. Our daughter loved the evening mini-disco and the children's room with attentive staff. The nearby Cleopatra beach was just a 2-minute walk away, as well as the bustling center of town with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - it's really close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The service of car hire, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services was exceptional. I also appreciated the free welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. I especially enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool. the quality of service and amenities provided enhanced my comfort and made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great Hotel! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking beautiful views. The staff is attentive and very welcoming, always going out of their way to help any time you need them. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Wi-Fi connection in the pool and lobby areas is excellent.
There are some drawbacks to staying here, a few minor issues to note. The rooms are quite noisy as they face the street, making it hard to sleep at night. Also, the entertainment is not that great, and there is not much to do inside the hotel after dinner. Finally, sometimes there is also an issue with maintenance staff who can be intrusive. In conclusion, it is a good hotel and ideal for a city trip, but it is essential to keep in mind the mentioned downsides.

The hotel is located just steps away from a beautiful beach that guests can easily access. The Cleopatra beach is also very close, making it convenient for visitors to enjoy the area's scenic views. the hotel provides its guests with a great variety of food options during breakfast which received praise from previous guests.
The hotel staff was reported to be quite rude and unfriendly by some previous guests which may detract from the overall experience.

The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the beach, which was perfect for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the beach volleyball courts that were available. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although their English could have been better.
The breakfast was quite poor, with limited choices and the quality could have been better. the hotel was overcrowded and it was difficult to find a quiet place to relax.
